She said yes!!!
What has been on your mind or heart that you would like to share? What has been something positive or negative that you have encountered in Minnesota so far? What makes you especially joyful, either here or at home? What is one meaningful classroom occurrence that has happened so far?
继续加油，we believe in you 🙂
I hope your week has started well, adjusting to the community and integrating with host families. It rained a lot here in 圣克劳德 so maybe weather a bit better where you are! Below I have input a couple articles and prompt questions to reflect upon that may be of interest to you. Feel free to comment or share articles that you find in your blog as well, so we may learn together.
Some questions to think about for your first blog and as you continue to experience these first few weeks:
- What are your 3 Ambitions or goals you hope to accomplish this first term?
- How do you plan to utilize technology in your classroom?
- What is one thing you look forward to doing outside of class in the surrounding community?
Hope this helps to produce some food for thought. You are welcome to respond to all or any of those prompts, or write what has moved your heart through the experience so far. All the best to the rest of your week!
亲爱的孔子学院老师们，on behalf of St. Cloud State University’s Center for International Studies and the Confucius Institute, welcome to your Minnesota teaching experience and congratulations on finishing the week of training and orientation, 辛苦了！We hope it was fruitful learning and preparation for you, while also introducing some challenges or ways to grow as you move forward and begin in the classroom.
The adventure here surely has much in store for you, as you make a positive impact in the lives of many young students as they not only learn new language and culture, but new doors in their future open and possibilities expand. It is a high calling you have embarked upon, but you are equipped to shine bright and inspire those blessed to learn from you.
We wish you all the best and look forward to processing the experience together, always here to support and encourage you to succeed.
