your q/s, our a/s: unenrollemnt is not working: MnSCU System office fixing the problem

Q:Student John Doe is no longer a student in my NNN 101 course. However, every time I manually unenroll him from my D2L classlist, he reappears. How do I permanently delete him?

A: THis is a known problem and the MnSCU System office is working on fixing it.
