This scavenger hunt will officially begin Monday, March 27 at 1:00 PM and end Friday, March 31st at 1:00 PM.
The purpose of this scavenger hunt is to:
Educate students on sexual pleasure, particularly focused on cis women and people with vulvas and clitorises–a neglected topic in sex education programs! We hope you take in all the facts on the posters and use them to generate discussion about sexuality, pleasure, consent, equity, and justice! As you read, consider (self-reflect or discuss with your partner or group) the why behind the statistic listed and how to change the stat/create better outcomes for a more sexually satisfied society!
Promote our upcoming event on Pleasure Justice–Tuesday, April 4, 6-8 PM in the Atwood Cascade Room
DIRECTIONS
There are 10 posters located in the Atwood building. Hint: one poster is in an office, the rest are elsewhere
For each poster you discover, take a selfie in front (make sure the poster number is clearly visible)
You can do the scavenger hunt in groups, but you must take individual photos
PRIZES
To claim your prize, come to the SCSU Women’s Center (Atwood 218) during our business hours of Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30 PM. Bring your phone–we will ask you to show the evidence that you located all 10 through your pictures!
Pick your prize: Becoming Cliterate book by Laurie Mintz, a vibrator, a WC beanie, a WC tote, or a WC lanyard or keychain (all while supplies last)!
E-mail us photo(s) of you! We’re hoping to make a collage of students who were involved. Bonus points if you upload them to your own social media to raise awareness and educate your friends! E-mail womenscenter@stcloudstate.edu
