I hope your week has been well since returning from the weekend conference. 很高兴你们都能参加，也能互相鼓励，多了解你们在学校教课的情况与经历。

我觉得会议的总结可以很简单的这样说：

1. 小组沟通方式很重要，每个人也是都做得不一样。（像过墙的活动）
2. 每个人都有挣扎，但是说出来就能收到彼此的鼓励。(夸活动，狼人杀）
3. “大家一起比一个人单独走得更远” (Tight wire walking activity，用棍子)

我很感动看到你们合作，还有这么亲密的关系。你们的互相帮助做得很好，也能笑很多为了放松一下。

Happy Wednesday evening to all, hope this finds you well.

3 Recent Joyful Moments

我要首先分享一下“生活通知” （life update). 我上个周末过得特别开心，第一是因为能参加好朋友的婚礼。婚礼晚会很完美，全部都过得特别顺利。发言也有人告诉给他们深刻的好影响。（抱歉我的中文语法错误）第二是因为都是跟女朋友在一起的，开车六个小时到威斯康星州。我们一起也跟好多好朋友见面了，一起玩。

第三是让我感觉最喜乐的，也是我生活中最紧张时。在回明州的路上，朋友婚礼之后，天气一直下雨，但是我告诉了我的女友我要去薇诺娜，我们本科时认识的地方。我要在那边散散步，反思生活与我们的关系。她就是不知道我有其他好朋友在那边帮我准备很多花🌹与蜡烛🕯️。她啥都不知道。我们在湖边停车，走路到一条凉亭附近。在那儿我朋友都准备的，太浪漫了让她开始哭。我也很感动，紧张坏了，但是坚持跌下膝盖问题生活中很宝贵的一句话，“你嫁给我吗？”

She said yes!!! 我们一边哭一边笑，有很大的拥抱，感觉不是真的发现的事。到现在还是很难相信都过的这么顺利。哈利路亚，感谢主🙏

我就想跟你们分享这些高兴的事，希望你们也这两周过的不错。

I hope your week has started well, adjusting to the community and integrating with host families. It rained a lot here in 圣克劳德 so maybe weather a bit better where you are! Below I have input a couple articles and prompt questions to reflect upon that may be of interest to you. Feel free to comment or share articles that you find in your blog as well, so we may learn together.

Some questions to think about for your first blog and as you continue to experience these first few weeks:

1. What are your 3 Ambitions or goals you hope to accomplish this first term? 你们三个最大的目标你这段时间要完成是什么？
2. How do you plan to utilize technology in your classroom? 在课堂上，你打算怎么使用教学技术？
3. What is one thing you look forward to doing outside of class in the surrounding community? 你们课外在当地附近期待（或者想）做什么活动，参加什么活动？

亲爱的孔子学院老师们，on behalf of St. Cloud State University’s Center for International Studies and the Confucius Institute, welcome to your Minnesota teaching experience and congratulations on finishing the week of training and orientation, 辛苦了！We hope it was fruitful learning and preparation for you, while also introducing some challenges or ways to grow as you move forward and begin in the classroom.

The adventure here surely has much in store for you, as you make a positive impact in the lives of many young students as they not only learn new language and culture, but new doors in their future open and possibilities expand.
