International Student Health Insurance 2022-2023

Dear international students,

We hope you are doing well and remaining safe and healthy this summer.

The 2022 – 2023 International Student Health Insurance (the insurance required for all F-1 international students) has been added to your St. Cloud State e-services account for the amount of $2,119.00 for the upcoming policy year (August 10, 2022 – August 9, 2023).  This charge is to ensure that you are covered by health insurance during your academic studies for the upcoming school year at St. Cloud State University.

Provided below is the international student health insurance process for the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 semesters:

Students have two payment options for the 2022 – 2023 International Student Health Insurance:

Option 1.      Submit a full payment ($2,119.00)
When you make the payment of $2,119.00 in full by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, August 7, 2022 you will be enrolled in the health insurance for the entire policy year of August 10, 2022 – August 9, 2023

Option 2.      Submit a partial payment ($836.00)
You will submit a partial payment of $836.00 by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, August 7, 2022 to be enrolled in the health insurance for the FALL SEMESTER ONLY from August 10, 2022 – December 31, 2022

  • A registration hold preventing your Spring 2023 course enrollment will be placed on your account until your entire International Student Health Insurance bill is paid in full ($1,283.00).
  • A reminder for this option: you will not have health insurance coverage beyond December 31, 2022 if you have not made your payment in full.
  • You can make a one-time payment of $1,283.00 during the fall semester or submit multiple payments.
