To get a local .mp4 file, when clicking the record button, choose record to local computer.

#4 – Using Kaltura Capture for Screen Recording

Kaltura Capture is part of Mediaspace (https://mediaspace.minnstate.edu). This is a great tool for creating an interactive presentation or integrating a presentation into D2L Brightspace, but is not recommended for this event.

Once you’ve recorded, you can upload the file to Mediaspace to share or download, or navigate to the local storage folder to find the local version of the file. How to find the local store folder: https://knowledge.kaltura.com/help/kaltura-capture-folder-directory
