Our programs prepare professionals to effectively lead PK-12 schools or districts operating in dynamic political, social, cultural, and economic arenas. This is accomplished through formal instruction, professional reflection and discourse, field experiences, and through collaboration with peers, professional organizations, and successful practicing school leaders.
The program prepares those seeking employment in public and private PK-12 school settings, area education agencies, regional educational service units, and state departments. Graduates are prepared for positions such as: principals, superintendents, special education directors, community education directors, consultants, and district office personnel.
