A Monthly Event to Connect and Learn from Esports Professionals

Recognizing esports leaders and their investment in their clubs and the esports community

The Esports Coalition Breakfast is a new initiative to recognize student leaders for their investment in the esports community and clubs at SCSU. We believe that esports is more than just a game; it’s a passion, a career, a growth opportunity, and a lifestyle. That’s why we want to connect student leaders with other leaders and professionals inside and outside of the esports community, such as campus administration, notable alumni, esports entrepreneurs, regional/national esports figures, related faculty, and leadership professionals.

The Esports Coalition Breakfast is held every month in Garvey Commons. The event lasts for one hour and features a guest speaker who will share their background, expertise, and advice on topics related to esports and leadership. The event also includes time for socializing, networking, and Q&A with the speaker and other attendees.

The Esports Coalition Breakfast is free for Esports Coalition leaders, who are personally invited to attend. However, the breakfast is intentionally hosted in an open area in Garvey so that other students in and out of esports can listen in and join in recognizing and celebrating our esports leaders and the great work happening in this space at SCSU.

If you are ready to join us for the next Esports Coalition Breakfast, please check out our schedule below for the upcoming dates and speakers. You can also follow us on social media for updates and reminders. We look forward to seeing you at the next Esports Coalition Breakfast!
