My name is Robin Renucci.

My work as a GA is primarily centered around assisting professors and students with D2L, Kaltura, and technology-related questions. I help set up and modify course content, provide tutorials on navigating the technologies that we use, and generally troubleshoot when students or staff need assistance or components are not working properly.

I have learned a lot about different educational technologies through my assistantship. I love that each day provides learning opportunities. If I am asked a question or to complete a task that I am unfamiliar with, it allows me to grow as both a student and a professional by learning something new and adding to my skillsets. I feel like my role keeps me sharp, and it is helping to further prepare me to work in our constantly shifting and evolving virtual education landscape. I am currently based in Dublin, Ireland, so this role has also helped me learn how to work most effectively across time zones and prioritize different tasks for independent and collaborative work.
