Event Description: Taking an identity-conscious approach to students’ experiences can increase their overall sense of belonging and connection. But how do we come to know more about student identity development? What does it mean to support students’ identity development? Join Dr. Brit Williams and the St. Cloud State University Higher Education Administration programs for a virtual summit discussing the nature and uses of identity development theory, its application to practice, and how we might all support equity and inclusion beginning with students and expounding from there by leveraging identity development theory.
