With everything going on right now with the COVID-19 virus, I thought it would be a good idea to shed some light on some local Irish themed restaurants in Minnesota that are doing carry-out or delivery. Because Minnesota, along with many other states are in a Stay at Home order, many of these small and local businesses are struggling to stay afloat with bars and restaurants being closed. With a large menu with lots to choose from, one can be sure to feel good about supporting a local business while also getting some yummy food. For the folks living a little closer to the Twin Cities, there is the Pub called The Local in Minneapolis. Founded in December of 1997 this bar has been in operation for over 20 years. With menu items like Fish and Chips, Pot Roast, or a Reuben Sandwich, one is sure to find an item they are craving. Located in Savage, MN, McHugh’s Public House is for those on the southside of the Twin Cities. McHugh’s is offering both delivery and carry out as well. Although they do not appear to have their whole menu available currently, with various types of pizza, burgers, and lots of appetizers, this local Irish themed restaurant is sure to offer something for everyone.
