Students – you can find scholarship opportunities here. Many Real Estate Scholarships are awarded as part of our Fall banquet each November, but there are industry partners that provide scholarships throughout the year to students studying real estate.

The Diversity Collaborative

$2,000 scholarship available to women and minority pursing career in commercial real estate.  Awards 2x/year in spring (4/15 deadline)and fall (11/15 deadline).

IRWA: International Right of Way Association

$500 scholarship to student interested in Right of Way currently accepted to following majors: Real Estate, Land Survey/Civil Engineering, or Planning and Community Development. Scholarhsip applications are due Feb 10, 2023.
