Gamification in the workplace

This article goes into a little more detail into gamification in the work place. It states that so many workers label themselves as “disengaged” and “actively disengaged”. This is huge especially in the workplace because the more employees are disengaged the less work that is getting done. This article lists specific example of how a company used gamification to spark a week long competition that helped clear out their slow systems. I believe gamification in the workplace is a must.

Presentation

I have never used this website before so I am doing research into it. The biggest thing i take away from this is that it can be embedded into blogs or websites easily which saves a lot of time. It has preset templates so that the users do not have to fidget around with backgrounds and colors to get something that they think is appropriate. It is also unique in the fact that multiple can collaborate on one presentation.
